We’re surrounded by restaurants, golf courses, shopping and entertainment- you’re going to love it here!

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- SECURITY CAMERAS: Home is monitored with EXTERIOR ONLY cameras located at the front door entrance, garage entrance and back yard (facing pool) and also a doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. These are in place for your safety and protection! Please do not tamper, cover or touch ANY of the cameras or indoor alarm system. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests w/ no refund for unused nights. Alarm system will not be activated during your stay. Please refer to house rules and note that there are NO cameras inside the home
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. We potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
